When my mum suggested to bring my daughter to 1646 I must admit it really didn't think I would enjoy it, but I have to confess it was a great day out and extremely informative. The staff put on a great exhibition that is very interactive and kids and adults will love it. We have been twice now and both times we learnt something new. Keep up the good work and see you again soon.

A lovely place, we visit at least twice a year having found the town by accident a few years ago. We love the atmosphere, and enjoy sitting in the garden enjoying the fresh food on offer from the cafe. We are coming again in June and are hoping the weather will hold.

:D We visited last summer passing by on our way home after visiting Dartford Crystal. My what a gem. The kids (3 + 7) loved the day as we did also. We were expecting a small museum with dusty displays and lots of reading to do. My only issue is that we didn't know you were there, our caravan club site in Woolacombe had no leaflets :ooops:
